	Sign up online at nofussmeals.com, by phone or fax, or drop by our store. Choose a convenient time to pick up a Grab ’n’ Go order. (Book early – times fill up fast!) Select meals from our tempting menu that changes monthly. You can even order side-dish and dessert go-alongs. Follow the step-by-step directions to complete your order.

Want us to pack your meals into half-sized packages? We will be happy to split your meals into portions that fit your particular family size.
