Mr. Food no-fuss Meals is so easy!

Before Your Session
	Sign up online at nofussmeals.com, by phone or fax, or drop by our store. Choose a convenient session. (Book early – sessions fill up fast!) Select meals from our tempting menu that changes monthly. You can even order side-dish and dessert go-alongs. Follow the step-by-step directions to complete your order.

This is a great time to go through your freezer and get rid of anything that you can’t identify or that’s been in there for who-knows-how-long. (It’s amazing what you’ll find!)

During Your Session

• Come as you are, right from work or play. (Since you pay by credit card in advance, our Express Check-In lets you get started right away.)
• Grab an apron and go station to station assembling your selected family-sized meals, using our fresh ingredients and signature sauces.
• Follow our easy step-by-step instructions – whether you love to cook or not, it takes only about 5 minutes to assemble each meal.
• Come by yourself or bring a friend…and maybe a bottle of wine.

Customizing Your Meals
	For those with finicky eaters or dietary restrictions, we encourage you to customize meals to your family’s tastes. Want to pack your meals into half-sized packages? At your session, for no additional cost, you can split your meals into portions that fit your particular family size.

After Your Session

• Once you get home, refrigerate a few meals to enjoy in the next couple of days, and freeze the rest.
• Follow the simple thawing and cooking instructions on each package label. Some of our meals are designed to be cooked in the oven, others in a slow cooker, skillet or on the grill. You'll be enjoying hot homemade meals before you know it…with little or no cleanup! Now that’s no fuss!

NOTE: You are welcome to bring ONE helper with you per session. He/she must be at least 13 years old. Some of our locations have child play areas for younger children. Check with your local store to see if this option is available.
