Now, with Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, consumers can easily prepare Mr. Food dishes without the hassle of shopping, chopping or cleaning up, yet with loads of fun, convenience and creativity. A key visionary behind the development of Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, Howard Rosenthal is recognized for his passionate, enthusiastic approach to all aspects of business. An integral member of the Mr. Food team, Rosenthal has managed the King World-syndicated Mr. Food television production and cookbook divisions, overseen the development of more than 40 cookbooks and cultivated significant business partnerships with powerful industry forces including Oxmoor House (a division of Time-Life) and Panasonic.

Rosenthal, who possesses more than 30 years of industry experience, holds a Restaurant Management and Pro Chef degree from the State University of New York. Prior to joining the Mr. Food team, he built a successful corporate catering company in New York. Continually refining the Mr. Food no-fuss Meals strategies, Rosenthal has established the company as a leader in the make-and-take industry. When not improving the profitability and procedures of Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, when not working, which is rare, Howard can be found riding his bike or spending time with his wife and friends.

In addition to spearheading all business elements for Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, Steve Ginsburg is the CEO of Ginsburg Enterprises Incorporated, having led the company from its inception as a family food business through its development as a leader in television syndication, cookbook publishing and the production of a national magazine with Hearst Publishing Group.

Ginsburg strives to continually strengthen, support and garner recognition of the Mr. Food and Mr. Food no-fuss Meals brands. When not improving the company’s bottom line, Steve enjoys running, and spending time with his wife and their twin daughters.

Caryl Fantel’s unparalleled attention to detail is an integral part of what makes the Mr. Food no-fuss Meals experience enjoyable and virtually fool-proof for our guests. As Director of Corporate Communications for Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, Fantel oversees all marketing, public relations and advertising for the company.

Bringing with her more than a decade of experience in corporate communications, Fantel has been a force in generating awareness of the Mr. Food brand. Since 1986, she has served as the vice president of publishing, public relations and communications for Ginsburg Enterprises Incorporated. Additionally, she is the editor of all Mr. Food cookbooks and recipes, as well as the Mr. Food and Mr. Food no-fuss Meals Web sites, providing guests the ability to easily navigate throughout the sites and learn about Mr. Food no-fuss Meals and the company's offerings. When not at the computer keyboard, Caryl can be found at another type of keyboard – the piano – playing and composing music, or enjoying time with her husband and two daughters.

Director of Franchise Operations and Training Director, Jared Merrick brings with him more than a decade of franchise operations and training experience. Prior to joining Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, Merrick served as district operations manager/managing partner of the Dagwoods restaurant chain.

Throughout his successful career in the franchising industry, Merrick, who works closely with each Mr. Food no-fuss Meals franchisee, has developed franchise training systems, managed multiple units and created employee motivation and incentive programs. When not assisting our franchisees, Jared enjoys playing various sports and spending time with his wife and young son.

With his extensive experience in computer training and support, Roy Fantel brings the highest level of professionalism and efficiency to both our corporate team and our franchise family. He has been in the computer and training fields since 1995, working with numerous companies to maximize their employees' skills and productivity.

Before joining us, Roy served as Supervisor of Computer Support and Training at Arby’s international headquarters, earning the company's Stellar Award for Excellence. When not working, Roy enjoys spending time with his family, riding his motorcycle, and playing the drums professionally with various artists.

Jerilyn Grunbaum has nearly 10 years of marketing experience in the areas of advertising, creative writing, Web site content management, public relations, promotions and community involvement gained from her position as Communications Manager for Market Street Mortgage and other organizations.

She received her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University and currently serves on the Development Council for All Children's Hospital. When not cooking up fresh marketing ideas with our franchisees, Jerilyn enjoys watching football and spending time with her husband, family and friends.

The popularity of Mr. Food no-fuss Meals comes down to the food – guests rave about our recipes. The culinary expert behind Mr. Food no-fuss Meals, Patty Rosenthal carefully develops unique recipes using only the freshest ingredients in the Mr. Food no-fuss Meals test kitchen.

As Test Kitchen Director, Rosenthal, along with her highly qualified team, continually creates new Mr. Food no-fuss Meals recipes based on guest feedback. With over 20 years experience in the food industry, Rosenthal has been the director of Menu Research and Development for Ginsburg Enterprises Incorporated since 1994, having developed thousands of popular recipes for the nationally syndicated Mr. Food television show, as well as for more than 30 Mr. Food cookbooks. Additionally, she has created recipes for Domino Sugar, Panasonic and Eggland’s Best Eggs, among other food industry leaders. When not cooking up scrumptious recipes, Patty can be found gardening and catching up on movies with her husband.

Because it is imperative to us that our food be convenient and taste great, and also easily fit into your family's balanced, healthy meal plan, we prepare all our recipes with the guidance of Wendy Petusevsky, a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Diabetes Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator.

In that position for over 15 years at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, as well as being the mother of two active boys, Petusevsky is keenly aware of the challenges facing today's families in preparing nutritious yet flavorful homemade meals day in and day out. Her insight is invaluable in our menu planning, and Petusevsky offers regular nutrition tips to our guests to assist them with healthful eating. When not helping people improve their lifestyle through better nutrition, Wendy can be found doing it by way of humor: she creates loads of laughs by sharing improvisational comedy with her husband, their two sons and anybody else who wants to join them!
