Once you are satisfied
that this is the right opportunity for you, you'll complete
and submit your paperwork, sharing information that
will help us evaluate your unique qualifications and

Once we receive and review your qualifications, we'll determine if you meet the
Mr. Food no-fuss Meals franchisee requirements. We'll send you a Franchise
Agreement and Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).

as a prospective franchisee, regarding our concept and
our company's history and goals, as well as the obligations
of being a Mr. Food no-fuss Meals franchisee. |

This is the time for you to thoroughly review our Franchise
Agreement and UFOC. At this time, we recommend that you
consult with your legal and financial advisors. |

We invite you to a Discovery Day, where you (and your business partner and/or spouse, if applicable) will
meet the people behind
Mr. Food no-fuss Meals,
tour our test kitchen and studio, and visit our corporate
store. We'll begin to
build a foundation for a long-term business relationship.
You should feel confident that you have a thorough understanding
of our company, our operations, and the commitment necessary
to become a successful Mr. Food no-fuss Meals
franchisee. |

After you sign your Franchise Agreement and other related
documents and submit them with your Franchise Fee plus
Grand Opening Fee, we'll review all documents and, if
approved, we will send you an executed copy along with
final written approval of your protected territory. |

have another meeting to review your pre-opening materials then
schedule your store opening date and your training block
at "no-fuss University," located at the Mr.
Food headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. |
Once you return home from training and follow the exciting
pre-opening and opening plans provided to you at the Mr. Food headquarters in Fort Lauderdale,
you'll be on your way to owning your own Mr. Food
no-fuss Meals store, knowing that we are there to
help you every step of the way, and giving you loads of reasons
